Our team has mastered a technique of fusing artistry with pageantry based on our multi-factor approach to maximize every opportunity. Venue Location and Booking

Our venue services include sourcing all applicable options for the event, negotiations with the venue, as well as contract execution.

Although each marketing plan is unique, every strategy contains two main objectives; sell the venue out to capacity and present your mission to the forefront of the world. Our marketing team will create and execute a unique marketing, branding and public relations campaign, generally spanning four to six months before the concert date. Budget and Cash-flow Creation
No two concerts are the same. Before any discussions about bands and sites, we will determine an estimated budget that includes all applicable costs as well as estimated profitability projections related to the event. We require pre-approval from the charity before any commitment is made, and to better secure your interests, all transactions commence through your entity.
Vendor Sourcing
A MusicFest Live event is much more than just a concert. We invite local businesses to participate by showcasing their products and services throughout the venue. Guests are free to roam the grounds and experience vendor and concession booths offering gourmet foods, local wines, and spirits, as well as various products and services from local small businesses within the community.
Onsite Logistics
Our logistics team is positioned and ready to strike on three continents around the globe and will tackle everything from hotel reservations to venue setup and takedown. Regardless of the region our team will source and provide for such services as transportation to and from the event, ticketing, staging, lighting, audio, layout, seating, security, and staffing, along with all applicable permits.
Operational Management
Our boots-on-the-ground approach to every concert allows our clients the peace of mind that we are not just here to advise. It’s our responsibility to manage every element of the concert from early-stage development through takedown. We act as the main point of contact for all contributors and staff pertaining to the event, as well as custodian of contracts and applicable licenses and permits.
