Sponsorship Sourcing

First and foremost, we don’t ask for handouts. Our main objective in sourcing the funds necessary to host a live event is to present potential corporate sponsors with a business opportunity to partner with us on a multi-month marketing and branding campaign potentially reaching millions of viewers across a multitude of social and traditional media outlets. Our strategy expands well beyond selling tickets by creating various marketing content which outlines your foundation’s vision, goals and how the sponsors’ contributions can impact your charity and the people or cause that you represent. Not to mention all the onsite advertising and VIP perks the sponsor will receive!

Talent Acquisition

Our talent outreach team has amassed over twenty-five years of relationship-building with some of the biggest artists in every genre of music. From the world’s top-selling acts to tomorrow’s hottest stars, we have the bands to bring your event to the forefront of any venue marquee. Our team has mastered a technique of fusing artistry with pageantry based on our multi-factor approach to maximize every opportunity. Our focus includes the location, capacity, event budget, demographic and promotional objectives and how the talent complements each area. We will then present multiple options for artists based on this outlined criteria, and manage all contract negotiations, logistics, and communications with the artists and their management.

Venue Location and Booking

When it comes to maximizing a concert’s potential, the perfect backdrop to host the event reigns supreme. We have long-standing relationships with many locations from world-renowned concert sites designed to facilitate up to twenty thousand in attendance, to legendary clubs, and private banquet halls throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Our venue services include sourcing all applicable options for the event, negotiations with the venue, as well as contract execution.

Marketing Plan and Execution

Although each marketing plan is unique, every strategy contains two main objectives; sell the venue out to capacity and present your mission to the forefront of the world. Our marketing team will create and execute a unique marketing, branding and public relations campaign, generally spanning four to six months before the concert date. Sure, our initial focus is centered on selling tickets, but we also make a concentrated effort to create specific content highlighting the effects of your foundation’s historical efforts coupled with how the sponsors’ and attendees’ contributions will forever alter the lives or causes you are fighting for. Concerts reach thousands, but a perfect marketing plan has the potential to reach millions.

Creative and Strategic Development

Our events are not just another charity fundraiser. Nor are they an opportunity to recite the same old mantra to your faithful group of volunteers.  What separates MusicFest Live from any other production company is our expertise in crafting exclusive entertainment for a much broader cause. Budget and Cash-flow Creation

No two concerts are the same. Before any discussions about bands and sites, we will determine an estimated budget that includes all applicable costs as well as estimated profitability projections related to the event. We require pre-approval from the charity before any commitment is made, and to better secure your interests, all transactions commence through your entity.

Vendor Sourcing

A MusicFest Live event is much more than just a concert. We invite local businesses to participate by showcasing their products and services throughout the venue. Guests are free to roam the grounds and experience vendor and concession booths offering gourmet foods, local wines, and spirits, as well as various products and services from local small businesses within the community.

Onsite Logistics

Our logistics team is positioned and ready to strike on three continents around the globe and will tackle everything from hotel reservations to venue setup and takedown. Regardless of the region our team will source and provide for such services as transportation to and from the event, ticketing, staging, lighting, audio, layout, seating, security, and staffing, along with all applicable permits.

Operational Management

Our boots-on-the-ground approach to every concert allows our clients the peace of mind that we are not just here to advise. It’s our responsibility to manage every element of the concert from early-stage development through takedown. We act as the main point of contact for all contributors and staff pertaining to the event, as well as custodian of contracts and applicable licenses and permits.
